# Future

Where its future lies will have a shape, but no certainty. It will not be held back by a rigid structure of corporate planning and market research, but will be a fluid, modern idea driven by people who are involved because they care about music that is born of a soul, not of a marketing department. A passion that will, in turn, emanate through every aspect of the endeavour and feed a craving for change where it is so desperately needed.
